Interview Guidance

 

DREAM CHASING comprises of experienced Interview Guidance Team which includes a panel of experienced and well qualified technical and psychological experts from various organizations.

The interview program will emphasize on improving personal aptitude of presentation and enhancing technical & general awareness of Practical aspects. Tasks are conducted for Improvement of body language, which signifies the level of confidence. Hence, it is the major criteria for rejection of several candidates.

The Interview Guidance session includes:

Technical Round:

The Technical knowledge will be enhanced by experts from several reputed organizations such as ISRO, NTPC, DRDO, BHEL, ONGC, BSNL, and IES officers etc to strengthen the technical aspects with respect to the interview requirements. Also importance is given to technical applications in various realistic environments. In fact, the technical rounds carry more weightage compared to other sections in general. It also includes technical lectures to brush up the topics and related content which are likely to be asked during the technical round of the recruitment process. Aspirants are trained on developing practically oriented thinking and advanced technical approach related to cutting edge engineering fields, which are neither taught in common classroom teachings nor available in any books or websites.

Personality Development Program for PSUs like IOCL, NTPC, SAIL, PGCIL and MNCs:

Softskill trainers conduct several mental exercises to analyze the candidate's characteristics such as attitude, mental capability, and response time resulting in improvement of interpersonal skills. Useful techniques and tips are imparted to the aspirants to overcome the nervousness and react according to the situation.

Group Discussion Round:

The main objective of conducting group discussion is to check the team spirit among the candidates. In today's competitive world, all the major national and international organizations and reputed MNC's rely on well organized teams and team tasks decides the progress and development of the organization. Trainers conduct certain effective exercises to encourage good team spirit, required to excel in techno- managerial environment. Efforts are made to improve leadership qualities for better utilization of the available team resources in a result-oriented era.

Mock Interview Round:

At the end of the sessions 2 to 3 mock interviews will be organized by team of technical experts, Psychologists, National and International personality development professionals in the fashion similar to UPSC interview to improve the weakness and negative aspect of a candidate and accordingly training plan is prepared to improve on key areas resulting in personality development. Also this session is occupied with special programs to reduce the level of hesitation, nervousness and to improve the degree of expression.

Psychological Interview Round:

Psychological experts and trainers will be analyzing the mental ability and helps to overcome the barrier of psychological problems and other related issues. Interviewer studies the mindset of the interviewee, which applies psychological principles to work related issues thus, in turn helping the candidate in better performance.
